36 Clinics. Let's Go Get The Other 64.

You told me you want Kakeibo at 100 clinics. Right now every engine that could get you there is switched off. This is the plan to turn them on.

A proposal for our next roadmap call

Where We Are

A Year In, You've Got Three Businesses And Real Proof

River District, the coaching practice, and Kakeibo. We've built the machines for all three. The numbers below are yours, pulled from your own systems.

+89New patients, year over year
$17.10Cost per clinic-owner lead
56Coaching leads already captured
3Businesses under one roof

Seventeen dollars to put a clinic owner in front of you. That's the number this whole plan is built on.

Everything Is Built. Nothing Is Running.

This isn't a strategy problem. The funnels exist, the ads exist, the automations exist. They're sitting idle because running them is nobody's job.

Three Campaigns, All Paused

We built the Kakeibo campaign three times over: July, early August, and two weeks ago. Before they were paused we spent $119 and brought in seven clinic owners at $17 a lead. Then it stopped.

56 Coaching Leads, Nobody Working Them

Your coaching account has 56 leads already captured and paid for. That campaign is paused too. Those people raised their hand and never heard back.

No Member Number

We can tell you what a lead costs. We can't tell you what a member costs, because nothing tracks a signup back to the ad that produced it. That's the only number that matters for 100 clinics.

River District Content Stops Sep 11

The engine behind 612 to 701 patients switches off in two weeks, by the deal we signed in July. That was the right call for a maintenance retainer. It's the wrong call for a growth year.

You have an ambitious number and an idle machine. The Growth Engine is me running it.

The Solution

The Kakeibo Growth Engine

Three businesses, one plan, one number we get graded on. Not impressions, not leads. Members enrolled against 100.

01

Kakeibo To 100 Clinics

The campaign goes live and stays live. Weekly budget and creative rotation, geo and lead-quality watch. Plus the bottom-of-funnel vortex: retargeting everyone who engaged in the last 7 to 14 days with rotating proof, offer, and objection-handling creative, frequency-capped so nobody gets fatigued. Nobody in dental supply is doing this to their leads.

Ads live, not pausedBOF vortexGraded on members
02

The Enrollment Backend

Right now a Kakeibo signup is a manual scramble. We automate the whole back half: onboarding email and agreement out the door, member added to the database, K-Dental team notified, vendors notified, and Stripe subscriptions live on both tiers so you can take payment on the call instead of chasing it after.

03

Coaching, Switched Back On

Fifty-six leads are already sitting in that account. Before we spend another dollar on new ones, we work the list you've already paid for with a full reactivation and nurture pass. Then the campaign relaunches and the Spec Exam booking flow runs end to end.

04

River District, Production Returns

Content comes back on. This is the engine that took you from 612 to 701 new patients in a year, and it's the one piece of proof on this page that's entirely yours. Thirty-six pieces a quarter, shot against a real list, on the same framework that produced the 89.

Starting Day One

The Game Plan: Your First 30 Days

Nothing here needs to be invented. It's all built and waiting to be switched on.

01

Relaunch Kakeibo

Version three is built and ready to go. It goes live in week one with a real daily budget, not a test budget.

02

Turn On The Vortex

Bottom-of-funnel retargeting against everyone who has engaged. Small budget, warm audience, the cheapest conversions in the whole system.

03

Work The 56

Full reactivation pass on the coaching leads you already paid for, before a dollar goes to new ones.

04

Build The Enrollment Backend

Onboarding, agreement, database, vendor notifications, and both Stripe tiers wired so you can close on the call.

05

Stand Up The Member Count

One number, tracked from ad to enrollment, reviewed with you every month against 100. Plus a twice-weekly watchdog on all three businesses so nothing quietly stalls again.

The Investment

Five New Members A Month And This Pays For Itself

At $999 a membership, five signups a month covers the entire engagement. Everything past five is yours, and it renews every year after.

Kakeibo Growth Campaign Ads, vortex, lead quality$3,000/mo
Enrollment Backend Automation + Stripe tiers$1,000/mo
Coaching Engine Reactivation + relaunch$1,500/mo
River District Content 36 pieces per quarter$3,500/mo
Tracking, Watchdog & Quarterly Review Member count against 100Included
À la carte total$9,000/mo

The Growth Engine · Partner Rate

$5,000/mo

All three businesses, one team, one number. A 12-month partnership with a 3-month love-it-or-leave-it guarantee. Ad spend billed separately to Meta. Splittable into two payments a month if that's easier on cash flow.

The Honest Math

What 64 More Members Is Actually Worth

I'd rather show you the pessimistic version than sell you the good one. Here's the range, including what happens if leads get three times more expensive than what we've seen.

64 members at the annual tier $999 each, recurring$63,936/yr
64 members at the quarterly tier $1,308 each, recurring$83,712/yr
Ad spend to get there 10% close, at the $17 lead we've seen~$11,000
Ad spend if leads get 3x worse The pessimistic case~$33,000
And in year two, those members renew at$0 acquisition

Year one roughly pays for itself. Year two is the whole point. You buy a member once and they pay you every year after.

12 Months To Compound. A 3-Month Way Out.

Getting to 100 clinics is a compounding job. Members refer members, content builds on content, and a retargeting audience gets smarter the longer it runs. That needs real runway, so this is a 12-month partnership.

But you're never trapped in it. If it isn't working at the 3-month mark, you walk. No penalties, no questions. Same out you've always had with me. The term buys the runway, the guarantee keeps the risk on my side.

Real Results From Real Businesses

Though honestly, the best proof on this page is the 89 patients at the top. That one's yours.

The Honest Questions

Why is this more than what we signed in July?

Because what we signed in July was me maintaining what we'd already built. That's honest work and it's priced honestly. But you told me you want 100 clinics, and a maintenance retainer doesn't go and get you 64 members. This is a different job. If you'd rather keep the July deal, it's signed and it starts September 11th and nothing breaks.

Can we just prove the Kakeibo ads work first?

That's exactly why they're paused. Three versions built, nobody's job to run them. If you want a smaller first step, give me 90 days on Kakeibo alone and we'll talk about the rest in December. I'd rather start narrow than not start.

Is $17 a lead a real number?

It's a real number off a small sample: $119 spent, 2,234 impressions, 7 leads. It will get more expensive as we scale past the cheapest slice of the audience. That's why the math section shows you the version where it triples. The case still works there.

Are you actually running the automation, or just planning it?

Running it. Your Kakeibo sub-account, workflows, nurture, calendars and compliance are already built and live on our platform. The enrollment backend is the next piece and we build and operate it.

What happens to the retainer we already agreed on?

It gets replaced, not stacked. If you say yes, we cancel the September schedule and start this instead. If you want to think about it, that one runs exactly as signed and we pick this back up whenever you want.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Twelve months, with the same 3-month love-it-or-leave-it you've always had. If it isn't working by December, you walk with no penalty.
